  • Premium Care is provided under the original manufacturer’s Premium Care Maintenance Program or the `12-month/20,000 KM (whichever comes first) Certified Pre-Owned Premium Care program, whichever offers the longest coverage. Conditions, limitations and exclusions apply.  
  • Coverage is provided by the balance of the original manufacturer’s base warranty or the 6-month/10,000 km (whichever comes first) Certified Pre-owned Warranty – whichever offers the longest coverage.

  • Pre-owned vehicles that are properly equipped and have 3G or 4G LTE OnStar hardware may receive 1 month of the OnStar Safety & Security Plan and 1 month of Connected Services (Hands-Free Calling minutes excluded during the trial period) which may, depending on your vehicle’s hardware, include navigation services, the Remote Access Plan and, for 4G LTE-equipped vehicles, a 3 GB or 1-month (whichever comes first) data plan trial from the trial activation date. Services are subject to user terms and limitations, and capabilities vary by vehicle model and the type of OnStar hardware. See onstar.ca for details and further plan limitations. Data plan provided by AT&T or its local service provider. Availability subject to change. 
  • OnStar and Connected Services: Services vary by model, service plan and conditions as well as geographical and technical restrictions. Service plan required. 
  • Safety & Security Plan: OnStar acts as a link to existing emergency service providers. Not all vehicles may transmit all crash data. Roadside service provided by Allstate Roadside Services, and limitations and restrictions apply. Stolen Vehicle Assistance requires armed factory-installed theft-deterrent system and selection of notification communication preference(s). These services are intended to assist with vehicle recovery and do not prevent theft or protect against damage or loss. Additional messaging and data rates may apply. Services are subject to user terms and limitations, and vary by vehicle model. 
  • Turn-by-Turn Navigation: Requires subscription to OnStar Guidance Plan, Premium Access Plan, OnStar Safety & Security Plan, or Navigation Add-On. Services are subject to user terms and limitations and vary by vehicle model.
  • Remote Key Fob: Requires subscription to Remote Access Plan or Premium Access Plan. Services are subject to user terms and limitations and vary by vehicle model. Unlock feature requires automatic locks. Remote start requires GM factory-installed and enabled remote start system. 
  • Vehicle Diagnostics: Capabilities vary by model and service plan. Message and data rates may apply. Requires active service, email address on file and enrollment in Vehicle Diagnostics. Not all issues will deliver alerts. On-Demand Diagnostics requires a paid service plan. 
  • Available built-in 4G LTE WI-FI® hotspot: Services and connectivity vary by model and conditions as well as geographical and technical restrictions. 4G LTE service available in select markets. Requires active connected vehicle services and a data plan to access the vehicle’s built-in Wi-Fi hotspot. Accessory Power must be active to use the Wi-Fi hotspot. Data plans provided by AT&T or its local service provider. Credit card is required for purchase.  
  • Connected Access: Limitations apply. Not transferable. Standard connectivity available for 5 years from the trial activation date for properly equipped pre-owned Chevrolet, GMC, Buick and Cadillac vehicles. Connected Access does not include emergency or security services. Availability of Connected Access and any of its services is dependent on compatible 4G LTE wireless networks and is also subject to change. 
  • 5 Available in 10 Canadian provinces, 3 territories and the 48 contiguous United States. Subscription sold separately after trial period. If you decide to continue your service at the end of your trial subscription, the plan you choose will automatically renew and bill at then-current rates until you call 1-888-539-7474 to cancel.
